When you request a return, please contact customercare@elcorners.com or +201019991410 and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the day you received your purchased product.
    **Items can be returned if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Refunds
    You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.
    You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs only if the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
  • Payments
    Debit, credit and prepaid card transactions are processed through PayFort’s secure e-payment gateway. This access allows us to receive payments from any MasterCard or Visa card.
    Only one credit card may be used per transaction.
